The main aim in my clinic has always been to get people back to living the life they want to, whether that’s working comfortably, enjoying their sports and hobbies, doing the gardening, walking the dog, or playing with their children/grandchildren.
My treatments are tailored, targeted and focused on getting you back to living the life you want.
I offer a fully holistic approach to all problems presented and the treatment is complementary to mainstream medical treatment.
I provide a treatment tailored to your individual needs as no person's problem is the same, even if it carries with it identical symptoms.
My clients include children (including new-born babies), mothers-to-be, active retirees, the elderly and recreational sportspeople.

I am thrilled to say that my Australian Bowen mentor Graham Pennington has asked me to start teaching his Importance of Symmetry class to qualified therapists. Graham is a world renowned Bowen therapist and teacher. I have been working using Graham’s principles for many years now and I can say when I first attended his course I knew I had found the approach I had been looking for. I am very excited at the opportunity to bring this work to more therapists to increase their skills.
Having had a lifelong passion for horses, I also qualified as an Equine Bowen Therapist in 2016 after seeing its amazing results. It keeps my 3 horses moving freely and comfortably including my 30 year old rescue pony moving freely and my 13 year old with muscle myopathy. It is often very helpful to treat both the rider and the horse at the same time, as asymmetries and issues in one will also be reflected in the other!
I am fully insured and hold a current First Aid at Work certificate. I am a member of the Bowen Association and Bowen Therapists Professional Association.
